AIMPO is a community-centered, grassroots organization in Rwanda that seeks to protect and promote the rights, welfare, and development of the historically marginalized people.

They seek to raise awareness and educate participants about addressing gender-based violence issues, gender equality and women rights among indigenous women working in tea plantation in Gicumbi district, Rwanda. The women and men will be equipped with the skills to eliminate GBV and empowered on laws protecting women and girls against GBV and advocating for their own rights and finding effective ways to protect and respond to incidents of violence against them.
