Tanzania Plantation and Agricultural Workers Union (TPAWU) is a workers organisation that protects and promotes workers rights in the agricultural sector.

They seek to promote decent work and improve the livelihoods for low-skilled and disadvantaged workers within the tea plantations in Tanzania. Activities will include training on labour right, joint negotiation skills training for workplace representatives and employers representative including review of existing Collective Bargaining Agreement to identify common mistakes/gaps/outdated for further effective bargaining.
