SEDA’s vision is to ensure a well-protected environment and improve the livelihoods of communities, particularly vulnerable groups, through holistic and sustainable development practices.

With  the FREE GROW Grant, they aim to implement the “Enhancing the Livelihoods, Skills, and Safety of Migrant Women and Adolescent Girls Working in the Floriculture Sector in the Central Rift Valley (CRV) Region of Ethiopia” Project.  The project  will focus on providing training, creating safe work environments, and improving economic opportunities for migrant women and adolescent girls in this sector. Their activities include skills development, awareness campaigns on safety, and fostering community engagement.
