Shibuye Community Health Workers is a women-led organization from Kakamega, Kenya, advocating for grassroots women's rights, socio-economic empowerment, and policy influence at the local level.

With support from the FREE GROW Grant, they will promote women's rights in the tea sector by conducting community sensitizations, engaging stakeholders, swiftly reporting injustices using the 'Haki Ardhi' tool, and following up on cases involving women’s land rights, benefit sharing, and labor rights to achieve justice in the tea sector.
