Power of Youth Development (PYD) is a dynamic non-profit organization empowering youth, young women, and girls in Tanzania through programs that promote gender equality, economic empowerment, and social justice.

With the Free Grow Grant, they plan to implement a community-driven initiative to empower young mothers and women in coffee-growing communities in Karagwe, Tanzania. The activities include training on sustainable coffee farming, financial literacy, and forming peer support groups to promote economic inclusion and access to resources.
