Women in Tea Uganda is an  organisation of women and girls  in the whole tea value Chain including Women Tea farmers, Women Tea Workers and Traders.

They plan to train women and girls in tea to do value addition on tea and make speciality teas,  train the women on Financial management while targeting Financial inclusion in hard to reach areas for women in tea  as well as branding and marketing of their Speciality teas .
