Kulich Youth Reproductive Health and Development Organization (KYRHDO) is a local non-governmental organization established in 2003 aiming to address RH, HIV/AIDS and Gender related issues.  (‘Kulich’ refers to vivid or vibrant in Amharic).  

They aim to boost the productivity of 150 women in the flower sector by offering training in entrepreneurship and business skills,  creating awareness about gender equity and sexual harassment and engaging the women in income-generating activities and linking to microfinance institutions. This will enable the women to take charge of their finances, become financially independent, and raise their children independently.
