Integrating Capacity and Community Advancement Organisation, ICCAO is a non governmental organization in Tanzania that aims ensure youth including young women, adolescent girls and children aged 15-35 in and out of school are meeting their full potential through capacity building, platform and policy advocacy.

They paln to conduct activities under Her Land Her Economy project  with a focus on capacity building of 100 women tea farmers with innovative skills and advocate for women land ownership through community awareness campaign.
