FEDWEN Kenya (Federation of Deaf Women Empowerment Network) is a women led organization that works towards gender equality through empowerment, capability strengthening and advocacy to advance the rights and recognition of Deaf in society.

FEDWEN Kenya will promote workplace equality, and improve the safety, health, and wellbeing of 100 Deaf female floriculture workers in Kenya through Deaf inclusion and mainstreaming training and capacity strengthening for Deaf women, stakeholders and their support systems; building agency among Deaf women to negotiate for an inclusive and gender sensitive work environment.
