CIFCAD is a local organization supporting grassroots communities to deliver locally sustainable and quality solutions to enable them gain control of their future.

They plan to conduct gender and social audits in tea communities and flower farms using participatory approaches to design and prioritize interventions that impact their lives, train gender committees on GBV, review grievance mechanisms and embed mental health conversations in all activities.
