The Center for Empowerment Ethiopia Association (CEE) is a non-profit organization committed to advancing women's empowerment in Ethiopia by focusing on enhancing women's economic, social, and decision-making roles through strategies that promote womens rights, gender equality, democracy, peacebuilding, and inclusion. Our initiatives encompass advocacy, conflict resolution, and development efforts aimed at fostering a more equitable society.

With the FREE GROW Grant, they plan to implement a comprehensive project aimed at empowering women coffee farmers and young girls in rural South Ethiopia.They will establsih coffee nurseries and provide training on sustainable agricultural practices to enhance coffee quality and yield. Additionally, they will focus on capacity building by equipping participants with essential skills in coffee production management and market navigation, while also creating strong market linkages to ensure fair prices and improved income. This holistic approach aims to address economic inequalities and foster long-term sustainability for future generations.
